Option A this week is Mama's Kitchen in Archie, MO. After about a 2 year absence, we stopped at Mama's in late May. I vowed not to wait 2 years to come back, so we are going to visit this week. Tuesday looks like a perfect day. Forecast is clear weather all day with a high of 85. Mama's is expecting us at 10 when the temp should be a prefect 75. Option B this week is Flashbacks Tonganoxie, KS. We haven't been there since early spring last year. The forecast is for a perfect riding day. So let's do lunch in Tonganoxie, KS. They will be expecting us at 11:00, see you all there.

Lee is still helping Rosetta from her surgery, so I'll post a few for you from Flashbacks in Tonganoxie, KS. We had 23 total, several had eaten and ridden off into the sunrise before we got there, so no pictures of the early birds. Food was good and service was super quick! As everyone was leaving, Wanda and I walked around the business district, there are several murals and for the bicycle riders, a public bicycle work station, tools, rack and a pump! That town has some lucky bike riders. We also stopped by the VFW park and memorials, that Huey brings back lots of memories.

Small town tomato sales, one is .50 cents OR two for a $1.00! What, no discount?
We had 34 on a perfect morning at Mama's Kitchen. When I got there the big table in the back room was full as were about 4 or 5 other tables. Someone said there were 30 there already so that is where I started my count. I was walking around taking pictures and pretty much blocking the waitress as she tried to deliver orders. When I set down and held up my menu, she told me "You'll just have to wait!" Actually, she did a really good job taking care of us. I finally remembered to take pictures of the bikes and found two bicycles among them. The couple was sitting at a table next to the ROMEOs and visiting. I told them they could be ROMEOs too! It was great seeing everybody and I hope you enjoyed the morning.
