Lunch Ride for Wednesday May 5th 2010

Post by Bob Lee »

Folks; Tuesday the 4th of May several of us ROMEO's will be headed to Ashland Nebraska at the US Air Force (SAC) Museum for a visit. Anyone would be welcome to join us. For more info call me at 833-1910. As for anyone not wishing to go but would like to ride to lunch with other ROMEO's, There will be a ride to lunch at a place that the north centeral group has selected that we can join them. Its a new place that the ROMEO's have not previously been. To bad that i am going to miss this one. Richard Kurtz has welcomed us to join him and the north centeral group to lunch with them in downtown Yoder Ks.
The place is Bulls Eye Grill
3408 Red Rock Rd.
Yoder Ks.
620-465-2855 Sorry, I won't see you there, Bob

Richard has asked me to check with anyone that may have picked up the sheepskin at the Skoops in Hesston that the folks with the two little dogs sit on while he and her are having lunch inside. If anyone knows what happened to it, Please let him Know. This Sheepskin is kind of like a security blanket for the dogs. And i'm sure we all know how that is. If you know anything about what happened to it please let him know. Bob
Richard

Richard, you are so right.... What a beautiful day it was. That was a great little hamburger place and I was truly impressed at how well they handled our large group. I did enjoy seeing and talking with some guys I don't get to see very often. As you mentioned on the "North" site, there was a group of us that decided to take the longer way back home to enjoy such a beautiful riding day. Thanks to you for such a warm welcome on short notice, it seemed to all worked out well. Did you notice how many were stopping by the Yoder bakery and picking up some of their famous cinnamin-rolls ? That's the old "two birds with one stone" idea.... Ha-Ha.
