According to the long range forecast, next Wednesday looks like the best day of the week. I had planned something in a little closer, since it’s winter, but we really shouldn’t waste a mostly sunny day with a high of fifty-seven degrees.
John was in contact with Carolyn recently, and she said she’d love to have us back. If you’ve ever been to Carolyn’s, you know why we all like the place. The food’s good, the service is good, and the people appreciate seeing us. Arlington is about sixty-five miles from Wichita, so it will make for a nice ride if the weather cooperates. If it’s a little too cool, or the weatherman changes his mind, the food is worth a short drive in the car. Either way, you’re going to need a good lunch next Wednesday, so join us in Arlington.

It's looking better all the time. The current forecast for Wednesday is sunny with a high of sixty-five degrees. Not quite time to break out the mesh jackets, but it looks like a better riding day than we've had for a while. I told Carolyn that the group size might vary somewhat depending on the weather, and she said that they'd be able to handle all of us regardless.

Well,I did'nt get a count, but we had a GREAT turnout at The Essenhaus. Somewhere around 40 or more. The food was good and plenty of it. Pie was Great.
I got a few pix of the first arrivals.
The last pix came to me from Doug B via Gen Bob on an email. PNG format and only approx. 70K in size. Sorry but you cannot double click on the pix to make them larger.
I send my pix in JPG format compressed down to 1Meg., so they can be expanded.
