Ok, I raised my number to 40!! Everyone seems excited about RC's. A lot of you have been there and are really excited to have our Christmas Lunch there. I know you will come whenever you want but I told them 10:30 to 11. They serve breakfast till 11. So if you want breakfast you had better plan on ordering by 10:30. There website advertises the "BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN KANSAS CITY". http://rcschicken.com/ Although this is a restaurant in a small town, I hope you get good service and good food. These people seem very professional and are very nice. I don't like it, but I think they are going to add a gratuity to our checks. Make sure you check if you don't want to double tip. Hopefully they will deserve their tip ;)

Hope you can make it this Tues, two wheels or four wheels,
Merry Christmas

I had been working too much, and had missed a few of the recent rides. I decided to rectify that situation today.

Dressed accordingly, it was a nice ride to Martin City this morning.

First things first, the little wife made sure she said howdy to Santa.

A pretty good turnout for RC's delicious fried chicken.

Having satisfied our appetites, and getting back to the bikes the weather had warmed nicely.
It was great seeing everyone, have a Merry Christmas.

Great day, good to see all you guys and gals. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas.
You would think for as long as I have been setting up these rides I would know you guys pretty well, WRONG!! Whenever I arrive at a lunch, usually around 10:30, the parking lot is full, some guys are leaving and I am one of the last to arrive. I have no idea how early you guys get there. So today I thought I would go a little earlier, take some pictures and make sure everything was set up. I arrive at 10 and there are no bikes  I walk inside and there is Ginger and Junior :!: This the entire group at 11:00! I got so nervous I went out on the street and started inviting anybody that drove by to come in and join us. WHY DID I EVER RAISE THE NUMBER TO 40 :?: Sweet Gina is going to kill me.As always everything turned out great. It seems most of our group are chicken eaters and waited for lunch.I have missed seeing George and Marilyn and it was good to see them. George had a torn retina and been laid up for way to long. He said the recovery was long and slow but he is feeling alot better. RJ is going through this same thing. I am going to give my unofficial long distant riding award to Harold (Junior) from Hoyt and Swanee (Topeka?) It is not unusual to see these two guys at 3 lunches in a week!! Ben came up from Ottawa, Denny, down from Camden Point...how far is Butler??The "BUTLER RAIDERS" came in force. If you have seen them, you need to take a close look at Bil and Kenny's Harleys. Even if you're not a Harley person, it will be hard for you not to be impressed. Their bikes are gorgeous and have everything imaginable on them. Good job guys, I am real happy for you.Dan wanted to make sure Glenda came with him next time and Ginger was a willing helper. It is always good to see Janice and Ed. I don't think he has missed a ride since he got his new bike ;) The "OATMEAL" GANG wouldn't miss RC's Fried Chicken. Several of you tried to tell me my FLASH WASN'T WORKING...I guess you were right. Merry Christmas Captain Jack!! By my unofficial survery Jack and Spike are our SENIOR members, both approaching their mid EIGHTIES!! Jack just got a new trike. How wonderful. :!: You guys keep setting the example for the rest of us to follow. Mike posted the other pictures. Thanks, Mike, it is obvious this FLASHMAN needs a backup.Mary Lou and Bill are anxiously awaiting their son's arrival for Christmas. Their daughter, who lives in Washington (state) has to work and can't make it home. :( We may have our own Jolly Ol' Santa Claus.

Thanks for coming today and if you weren't able to come, we wish you a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and many safe and fun miles for riding and friendship in the NEW YEAR!!

Ok start sending in those miles. Randy just sent me miles for the Butler Raiders. He turned in 82,000 miles for five of them and said most of those miles where to ROMEO LUNCHES!!
Here is the link to what was turned in last year, which is still posted..... http://www.romeoriders.com/forums/viewt ... f=9&t=1583
Although I would like to see 2,000,000 miles this year, it is now about the miles. We just want to hear from you. As you can see some didn't turn in miles just !?!X? whatever that means.
Make sure you send in all the information and send it to me at twowheels2eat@yahoo.com
Once again, Merry Christmas, I had a great year and I hope you did also. Roger
