Many of you know that Louis Cook ( Louie) was in an serious accident on May 31st.. Yes--The usual car turning left and did not see him.. Louie spent 31 days in upper level Intensive Care and then was able to move to new room with 24 hour nursing. Well---Louie is doing GREAT... He is now in Avita Senior Living Center in West Wichita where he will continue his therapy. Should any of you want to visit Louie I know he would appreciate it. Avita is located in West Wichita at 629 South Maize Court..( Room 1109.). Avita is just North of Kellogg on Maize Road.. Prior to getting to Maple Street you will see a sign for "Rolling Hills" on the West side of Maize Road. Turn left and drive to the back building which is the Avita facility.. Louie is functioning on his own and hopefully will be living on his own again real soon. Louie does have his cell phone and you can call him at 316-733-4222..... ( This posting is approved by Louie )
