We have a special treat next Wednesday. Gibbo has invited us to his place in Hutchinson for hamburgers and ice cream. He lives on Cole Street (which only exists for one block) just west of the prison. The prison is located on S. Severance Street. You can take Avenue A or G west from Hwy 61 to Severance; go south from A or go north from G to Cole. You can also take Avenue A, B, C, F or G from the west to Severance; go south from A, B, C, or F and north from G. Parking is available on the street and in back of the house.

The "Small Group" will leave Bob Lee's house at 3101 South Waco at 10:00 this Wednesday for the ride to Gibo's Cookout...
Re: Gibbo’s Cookout: Wednesday, May 9, 11:00 AM
We had the biggest turnout this year, even greater than our joint ride to Stearman Field. It wasn't surprising as it was a perfect day to ride, the North Central and South Central groups shared the destination, and it was put on by Gibbo (whom both groups claim...)
Sixty-four people and one wiener dog made the trip to Gibbo's house for burgers, ice cream, cookies, and a few other assorted goodies. We all had a good time, and nobody left hungry. Some of us got to tour Gibbo's leather shop, and look at some of the fine work he does. (I ordered a belt while I was there. The saddles were really nice, but I'd have to buy a horse...)
Special thanks to Gibbo for hosting and feeding us.
I've attached a few photos. Not much to say about them; people talking and eating, and a bunch of bikes.
