Williamsburg has always been a pleasant place to ride. It’s location out in the countryside with green hills surrounding it gives you a feeling of peace and tranquility. Those of us who have been here before are well aware of this place and can testify to their BBQ, food, and service. I think everyone will find it warm and welcoming while enjoying some of the tastiest BBQ you’ll find anywhere!
Many of you who know me well, know that I’m a creature of habit and can’t stop eating just one or two ribs. That being said, when it comes to BBQ ribs, I just can’t help myself and more than likely will be ordering a rack of ribs to take home. Especially here at Guy & Mae’s . . . they are so Mumm, Mumm, good!
Supposedly, the long-range weather forecast is looking to be dry and warm, 80’s for a high. Hope everyone can make it next week. So, “Happy Trails” again and we’ll see you then!
PS: “Romeo Fall Rendezvous” October 5-7, 2026, Mon-Wed, at Petit Jean State Park, south of Russellville Ark. Bob Savner, the coordinator, and has posted all the details in the “Riding Events” on our website. All are invited and welcomed to attend. It’s not too early to start planning ahead.

Well, I did it again! But instead of bringing home a full slab of ribs, I restrained myself to just a half slab in order to keep my “Girlish” figure. I’m a sucker for BBQ pork ribs but stuck to my guns not to PORK OUT! The weather was favorable for riding. To rob a quote from Goldilocks & the Three Bears, for the most part of the day it was a comfortable day riding, “not too hot & not too cold, it was just right.”
Ok, enough of my pontificating, let’s get down to business. The food was great and everyone seem to be enjoying themselves. Here’s the “proof in the pudding” that brings evidence to how the day went . . . the photos say it all!!!
