One of our riders mentioned the Sommerset Cafe in Dover, KS. He thought it would be good because it is close to the Evil Knievel Museum https://www.evelknievelmuseum.com/ which is supposed to moving to Las Vegas (someday). Anyway, the forecast looks good (high in the low 80's) for a longer lunch ride. We haven't been here since the Scamdemic of 2020.

She said they are short-staffed and warned of slower service than normal but we have been spreading arrival times out pretty well so it should all work out.

Leave the Rodeway Inn on south 9th at 9:30 a.m. for the 2 hour 10 minute ride to Dover.
