If Pop's Diner fills up, there is supposed to be another place at the NW corner of Peabody. It's called the Coneburg Grill and Pub.

Kirk, didn’t you mention we were going to Buffalo Roam in Mankato in the next week after the ride to Peabody?

Yes. I was gonna wait for a little better weather. May 1st looks pretty good for that long of a ride. If the forecast holds Mankato will be next.

Kirk, my AccuWeather predicts 58 % chance of rain on the first of May. Course that’s 2 weeks away and could change.
