Tuesday 6/27/23 Sandy's Restaurant, Blue Springs, Mo or Rae's Cafe, Independence, Mo

If you ever wanted to make both Option A and B in same week this is a good week to try.
Option A is Sandy's Restaurant in Blue Springs. They are open from 8am to 8pm. Come whenever as normal but I think I am supposed to say 10:00am is a good time. Veterans & Seniors receive 10% discount on meals! (excluding specials)

Option B this week is Rae's Cafe in Independence, MO. Rae's Cafe serves breakfast and lunch all day (they close at 2:00), so I think 9:30 is a good time, don't forget if it's your first time there you get a free delicious cinnamon roll! Check the daily board for specials.

We had 21 Romeos at Rae's Cafe in Independence, MO. Food was very good and it was cool and great for riding. I talked to Bruce (Yellow Harley) he had a bad crash in Wyoming, riding with a group at night after a storm on I-90, he hit a semi's spare tire and wheel in the road. Bruce is going to make a full recovery, the Harley, maybe not so much. He has some road rash and cuts, but we are so glad it wasn't worse.

It was a great morning for a ride. I had to leave a bit early but when I left I counted 20 ROMEOs and I think I saw 2 riding in as I left. Good turnout thanks to all. Hope see everyone next Tuesday at the 4th of July meet.
