WEATHER NEWS FLASH!
As expected the forecast shows a "TOAD SOAKER" and rain all day. Those of us who may be considered "DIE HARDS" will more than likely show up today with our 4 wheels. Be that as it may, I'm scheduling a redo for Friday the 29th for those of you that would like to make another run to "Flashbacks Cafe". "Happy Trails" to everyone who shows up today or on the 29th. I'll be looking for you there, drive safe!!!

"Flashbacks Cafe" in Tonganoxie is our pick for this final week of October. This is one of our favorites. They serve breakfast all day long and lunch specials are grilled cheeseburgers or a big old tenderloin. Debbie says she will be eagerly looking forward to seeing all of us ROMEO’s again.

Looking at the forecast for next Wednesday I'm seeing mostly in the 50's. There may be some light rain somewhere in the day but hopefully no "TOAD SOAKERS". Keep looking at the WEB SITE just in case things would change.

So come and join in with us either on a 2 or 4 wheeler. You are never too Young or too Old to ride with Romeo Riders. We have no dues or membership fees, and you don’t have to be “Retired” or “Old” to join us. You will always find us a welcoming bunch when joining our happy crowd. I think you will find it worth your time and could make the rest of your day.

So “Happy Trails” to you all and hope to see you there. ;)

I hope many of you (if not all of you) caught this early morning's "NEWS FLASH" pertaining to today's ride. I have scheduled a REDO with Debbie for Friday the 29th for those of us who avoided getting soaked. Just as I figured, there were some "DIE HARDS" who would not have looked at the WEB before coming and showing up with their 4 wheels. Well, sure enough 7 of us made it to "FLASHBACKS CAFE," braving the storms.

Larry 3 said today was his 1st VIRGIN ride (meaning he had to come with his 4 wheels to get here). We CONGRATULATE you Larry, it was good to see you were NOT soaked to the bone and arrived safely!

Hopefully this next Friday will bring us better weather when we will try this again. Those of you who were unable to make it, we missed you and we'll hope to see you then, same time, same station. Until then, "Happy Trails" to you all til we meet again!
