This week will be another new place for some of us,“Wild Bill's Restaurant” in Rulo, Nebraska. We've had several of you requesting a longer ride, so you are in luck this coming week! “Wild Bill's” is right on 159, on the west bank of the Missouri River just above Lewis and Clark's campsite. If you haven't been along the banks of the "Mighty MO", either side, Kansas or Missouri, here is your chance to do so.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30 am, and then lunch starts at 11 am. Kathy (the owner) has given me a warm welcome and is very excited about our coming. They host large groups of motorcyclists frequently. I have been told the food is great and you will find a service with a smile. I'm looking forward to this beautiful ride along the Missouri River. So, until then,“Happy Trails” to you all and hope to see you all there.

IN MEMORY OF TOM REED

Those of you who knew Tom already know that he was a true patriot, friend, and Christian brother. I'm posting this picture in memory of one of our great ROMEO's from Lamar, MO. We are truly going to miss him.

Well, fall has arrived! We could not have planned a better day for the long ride to "Wild Bills at Rulo, NE. Just before arriving at the cafe (south of Rulo) Radon took a magnificent pic of the place where "Louis & Clark" camped many moons ago.

There were a good number of us who showed up for this cool morning ride. We had close to 30 bikes that sprinkled in through the morning and into the lunch hour. And there were 30 plus riders. Not too bad for a bunch of old "salty dogs"! As usual the food was good and the stories were endless.

And now, for "SHOW & TELL:

THE FLAG WAS FLYING & I WAS READY FOR A BUTT BREAK!!!
