Colborn's Kitchen is running again but it is in Chanute in a newly remodeled building downtown on Main street. It is located 1 block south of 39 highway and 1/2 block past Business 169 on the south side of the street.
Colborn's Kitchen was one of our favorites when they were in Stark. The cafe does not open until 11:00 and serves only lunch and dinner. The old menu did have hillbilly hash listed an I think that is as close to breakfast food as you can get.
