We've been to Galva several times now, but it appears that it's been a year since our last visit. Hungry Mann's Cafe has changed hands, and is now the 56 Family Restaurant. Let's check out the new operators this Wednesday. Galva is east of McPherson, about fifty-five miles from Wichita; less than an hour's ride.
