Howdy everyone:
Dalton's Back 9 restaurant does not open until 11:00AM, but to those who imbibe, the Bar opens at 9:00AM. The menu is pretty wide open and I am sure there will be something for everyone's taste. These people will be glad to see us. Room for just a few riders or room for 80 or so riders. This Friday will be a very nice day, so all are invited.
Dalton's Back 9
511 S. Country Club Road
Chanute, Kansas
Directions: Coming from the east, you could take Kansas 39 through Chanute and about 1 mile west of where KS39 overpasses US169, you will find Country Club Road. Be careful, it is hard to spot, but when you see a green sign on the right that states " < airport", this will be Country Club Road. Turn left and go about 1 mile - on your right you will be seeing a golf course and there is but one entrance. Turn right at the entrance, and head straight for the parking lot.
And directions for anyone else - go to Opie's on Main Street. Once at Opie's, head straight west on Main Street until Main Street dead ends. At that stop sign (which will be Country Club Road), turn left, about 1/4 mile you will be at the Stone Creek entrance.
