I'm afraid the forecasts look "wet to wetter" so far for Wednesday though we need rain so that's not a bad thing. Good time to revisit a place that's just a quick hop into Osage County, the Pepper Patch in Carbondale. IF weather clears then there's some good "pie foraging" from there in several directions for those who want to get in some more riding.
Sandy who runs (owns?) the place was happy to hear we're coming back. She said the usual special on Wednesday is Spanish Potatoes which is a favorite with their customers and can also be had in a half-order for those not quite so hungry. Or you can order off their menu of Mexican dishes. They don't serve until 1100 but will have the door open before then for those who might want to come in out of the rain and/or get a cup of coffee.
Regardless of whether you ride or drive your cage be there at:
Pepper Patch
115 S Topeka St, Carbondale, KS 66414
(785) 836-7555
(Next to Casey's near Hwy 75)
Here is the link to all scheduled Romeo Rides:

PS: Forgot to mention this place also offers BURGERS and a chicken strip basket if you want something other than Mexican!
