Since this is "Fall Rendezvous Week in Arkansas, I know several of you will be out of town, but for the majority of us, we need to have our normal Wednesday lunch ride. It's been awhile since we visited the Santa Fe Cafe in Burlingame so it's about time we met up for lunch there. They are open for breakfast if you want to go a little early, and the lunch special will probably be taco salad or homemade chili and grilled cheese sandwich. The forecast as of this morning is a high of 77 degrees with only a slight chance of showers, so it could shape up to be a perfect day for a ride to lunch.[attachment=0]DSCN3191.JPG[/attachment]

Swanee will be in Tennessee this week and I will be at the Rendezvous, but Linda has graciously agreed to take some photos and do a ride report. Hope you can make it to:

19 ROMEO'S SHOWED UP IN BURLINGAME TODAY. MOST ON BIKES EVEN THOUGH WEATHER WAS IFFY.

EVERYONE MISSING HAROLD AND SHARON. OUR HEARTS GO OUT TO THE FAMILY.

Hi Guys & Gals,

Here are the PICs Linda took.

It was a little slow starting this morning....Three ROMEOs were there at 10:15 when we arrived....But the rest starting coming in around 10:30 in small bunches.

I don't know about the rest but Linda & I were served really quick.

Had a great time BS ing before & after. & we even took a ride for Lemonade afterward. Nice weather, a little cool & very overcast, but nary a drop of rain.

Thanks Bill and Linda for the great pics and ride report. Sounds like there was a nice turnout and everyone had a good time.I'm glad you dodged the rain. Wish I could say the same for the Rendezvous!! See you all next week.
