Great ride today down to Tiny T’s Diner in Big Flat Arkansas. We had 12 riders join us. The riders today (based on where folks sat at the lunch table) were Don Shepard, myself Ed Burger, Glenn Brouwer, Steve Rogers, Jim Eickman, Bill Harakidas, Mike Newlun, Leo Clegg, Ron Letcher, Todd Merryman, Mike Rowland and Neil Smith.
All of us met up at the north side of the Push Mountain 341 bridge at 9:45am except for Mike Newlun and Bill Harakidas. They showed up at Tiny T’s a bit later. Glad they made it.
Great food and hospitality. Teresa and Charles gave us very good service. I’m so glad Glenn told me about this place. It was real enjoyable. At the end of our meal, Teresa gave a few of us complimentary hot apple pie. Very gracious.
After our lunch, Glenn and I rode our dual sports on gravel and dirt roads. Glenn really knows those off roads. We had to navigate a couple deep water puddles. I just followed Glenn’s lines and managed to stay upright. We ended up back on Push Mountain road for the ride back home.
Thank you for coming today ROMEOS. Great fellowship, awesome twisty roads and delicious vittles. Also, thank you Tiny T’s for the hospitality today. We’ll be back for sure.
And lastly .. congratulations to John and Sharon Hamilton .. they have a beautiful new grand baby boy .. Etienne Edward Hamilton. What a great name .. especially the middle name. Hope everyone is healthy and well. Now hurry home please … missing you at our rides !!

- Leo was showing us just how great he was feeling. He was performing impressive 360 degree spin turns on the lite gravel. Every one of us hopes and prays we feel and look as good as Leo when we get a little older .. Ron was still standing in that same position. He never flinched. Like a very handsome mannequin.

- The Legend Neil Smith on his V11 Sport. He wore a blue Suzuki jacket on our ride today .. hoping I might consider selling him my Suzuki TL1000R. Your jacket needs to be yellow Capt .. then I might consider selling it to you. Todd Merryman is watching me from afar. He’s about had it with the pictures. Love that guy.

- In consideration of a future Ride Director spot, Neil is trying to be the center of attention a bit more while elevating his bubbly, charming and loquacious approach to his communique style. Mike Rowland also thought he was far enough away from others to comfortably relieve himself. I get it. I hate those filthy public restrooms. Whatever it takes.
