From Road Runner's "Ride the High Five" I carved out a very nice little ride. It starts and ends in Moorefield, WV

It is a 3:46 --157 mile ride, which gives you everything you want in a ride. Here is a .gpx route of the ride starting and ending in Moorefield.

After leaving Sheetz in Moorefield, I stopped at the visitors center at Seneca Rocks, which presented a good view of the rocks and Yokum's General Store.

Heading north to Dry Fork Road, definitely a "Goat Path" is where the fun began.

This was the most exciting ride I have been on in a long time. It definitely puts Tail of the the Dragon, Back of the Dragon and all other Dragons in the back seat. All good roads, no gravel!! and lots of fun.

WV 72 took me across a few ridges, past homes and farms, down to the river, and then without warning the road suddenly had a centerline again. Not long after that, I saw the golden arches in Parsons, which meant I was back on the main thoroughfare, yet I continued on 72 and the road showed me all of its sides. From goat path to main highway, it had it all until I reached US 50, a coast-to-coast road, which also was a good ride.

This ride has everything you want in a ride.

Here is the actual track of my ride from Lake Frederick and back
